We are a group of nerds that love to turn complex scenarios into great customer experiences. Therefore, we have decided to radically change the way financial institutions interact with their customers. Instead of asking what the customer wants, we tell him what he needs. This we do by extracting intelligent insights from publicly available data and combining this with machine learning models trained on the financial institutions existing portfolio.

What will you be doing

You'll bring a passion for software development, tech wizardry and startup culture. In this role, you’ll join our software engineering team, collaborating daily with other teams to keep our customers satisfied and help them predict their own clients' next steps.

• Proven experience as a Data Engineer or similar role.
• Expertise in working with Apache Kafka or other distributed event streaming platforms.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and manipulation.
• Solid programming skills in Java, with a focus on building efficient and maintainable code.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Knowledge of other programming languages like Python, Typescript or Scala.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Previous experience in a startup or high-growth tech company.
