Predicti is a fastgrowing, techdriven fintech delivering AI-powered software and data solutions. We help banks and insurance companies identify customers’ key life events like buying a home, starting a business, or moving out so they can deliver hyperrelevant offers exactly when needs change.
What you’ll be doing
- Build, lead and develop a team of Sales Executives, holding overall leadership responsibility.
- Execute and develop our B2B sales strategy across the Nordics.
- Drive the full sales cycle of our SaaS product – from prospecting and running proofs of concept and closing.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities, including emerging verticals and upsell potential within existing accounts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to continuously refine our approach.
- Foster a high-performing, customer-centric sales culture that inspires the team to exceed targets.
You will thrive here if you have
- A strategic and ambitious mindset with a proven track record in sales, project management or customer success preferably from the financial sector.
- A strong understanding of digital solutions and how software and data can drive value in the financial sector.
- People skills: you are good at relating to other people, get to know them and what are of importance to them.
- Ambitions - you take ownership, aim high and aren’t afraid to push for great results.
