At Predicti, we’re building data-driven solutions that help banks and insurers reach their customers at just the right time – whether they’re buying a home, starting a business, or starting something entirely different. To keep pushing boundaries, we need a curious, structured, and hands-on Data Scientist to strengthen our data foundation.

You’re the kind of person who can look at a raw dataset and instantly see both the problems and the potential. You enjoy designing pipelines that run like clockwork, and you take pride in ensuring that data isn’t just big – it’s clean, structured, and production-ready. You’re fluent in SQL and comfortable building robust data workflows in Python. Distributed systems and streaming platforms don’t scare you – in fact, you’re motivated by making complex data setups simple and reliable.

You balance independence with collaboration. You can deep-dive into debugging a pipeline one day, and the next day translate complex data insights into something developers, product managers, or customer teams can actually use.

Back to us – and the tasks we need your help with:

• Analyzing and integrating new data sources

• Designing and orchestrating robust data pipelines in SQL and Python

• Ensuring data is clean, structured, and production-ready

• Supporting distributed event streaming and microservice-driven data flows

• Collaborating closely with developers and data colleagues to bring insights into real use

We imagine you (need-to-have):

• Have proven experience as a Data Scientist, Data Engineer, or similar role

• Bring strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and manipulation

• Have solid programming skills in Python (bonus if you also know Java)

• Are comfortable working with distributed systems, data streaming (Kafka or similar), and microservices architectures

• Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure

• Knowledge of other programming languages (Typescript, Scala, or others)

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

• Previous experience in a startup or high-growth tech company
